Crossfit Springfield is a wonderful place! Excellent classes, with well thought out wods! The coaches at CFS are wonderful. They are welcoming and will work to teach you proper form to help develop you as an athlete. The best thing about CFS is the community of encouraging, wonderful people you get to workout with each day! I have been a CFS member for 2 years and truly enjoy my time at the gym each day!
