Best crossfit gym in the area by far. The coaches really care and they make sure you are using correct form to avoid injuries! Crossfit Springfield has become my family!
Large facility. 2 Rigs in the room! Excellent trainers....very well structured and detailed warm ups for each of the two wods that I attended before we even started the strength! Staff and members alike are very attentive to the form and technique of others like those in any typical Box which I have visited.
