I've been to a lot of Crossfit boxes across the country and Crossfit Springfield is hands down the best. From day one everyone that works/works out there treats you like family. They take pride in their establishment, crossfitters safety and the positive environment they've created for anyone that walks through the door. I met some amazing people there and so grateful I had the short time I did to workout there. Anytime I visit Springfield I'll always go back for a workout. Thank you Crossfit Springfield.
Every time I drop in for a workout, they are personable and make me feel at home. The trainers are top notch, with clear instructions and dynamic warm-ups. I recommend this box highly. You won't be disappointed!
