Started CrossFit here in December 2014. I regularly attend noon classes during the week. The classes, people, coaching and atmosphere is awesome! They teach and push you to be better! I would recommend to anyone interested in trying CrossFit or just looking for a new fitness challenge.
Outstanding coaches and members. Everyone is supportive and pushes you to be a better you, which is what fitness/health is all about. Awesome family atmosphere as well. Biggest regret about CrossFit was not starting it earlier in life!
I love it here! Everyone is very welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about the overall wellbeing of others.
Won't find a better box in the area!! Great coaching, great programming, and the best people!!
