Fantastic coaches who really listen and guide you, awesome people to work out with and cheer you on, and a great value! Starting my day here makes the day brighter.
intimidated at the thought of Crossfit at first, however this was immediately put to rest by the awesome staff and camaraderie of fellow students. If you’re considering giving CrossFit a try, I highly recommend starting your journey with Praus!
