One of the best boxes I've ever been to! Nicest most knowledgeable coaching staff around
If you are looking to try CrossFit, an experienced Crossfitter or anywhere in between, this is an excellent box. The coaches are great at scaling workouts for individual ability levels. You will be encouraged and helped by your fellow crossfitters to achieve more than you thought you could.
This place is amazing! A one of a kind family atmosphere that you can't just find at any gym. I recommend this box to everyone I know because I love it so much! :-) Coaching is top notch and the box is just a great place to be!
