I had never been an athlete until I joined this CrossFit gym! All my life I walked for exercise (or ran very, very slowly when I was a teenager, Lol!) Now I work out, hard, six or more times a week because the people at Praus are inspirational and nice, the coaches are attentive and excellent, and the workouts are challenging and fun. I love it here.
