Great gym and even better community! Phil and his coaches instruct safe and efficient movement in an inviting atmosphere suited for all ability levels. Lincoln's finest.
Dropped in for a class while travelling for work. They greeted me immediately and made sure I was taken care of. The workout was great and the coach was excellent. The atmosphere was awesome. If I am ever back in Lincoln, I know where I will be working out!
My wife and I dropped in today (from TX) and had an awesome workout. The members were very welcoming and Zane, the coach, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks CFL, we'll be back!

Great place to drop in, no ego's or attitude. Friendly coaches and participants. I'm visiting from Oregon, it's nice to drop into a box and feel like your at your home box. Coach gave me instruction like I was a regular, I really appreciated that.
Crossfit can be intimidating for us non-athletes. Staff here really is invested in your experience and making sure you feel comfortable before going into class, and once you're there! Love the people here, every one of them is super positive, genuine, and wants you to succeed. The work outs are challenging, dynamic, and produce results! I feel better, and I am inspired to keep going. One word... EXCELLENCE.
Everyone was very nice. I drove an hour from wymore to drop in to class, bought a few t shirts, and they kicked my a... being the only girl in class, they let me keep up. When I come back in town, im dropping in again!
