Crossfit Lincoln is what a Crossfit box should be. I dropped in for over a week in May 2015 during my visit with family. I've been doing Crossfit for 4 years and have been a member or dropped into over 6 boxes around the world. The gym was welcoming, the coaches were solid (I can always tell the quality of the coaching by the quality of the warm up), and the workouts were tough but scalable. The facility is quite nice.
