RecommendedI just did a drop in here while in town for work. Coach Paul was wonderful to work with and the staff and other athletes in the 12pm session made me feel welcome and at home. If anyone is looking for a box to go to in Lincoln, whether you live here or are visiting... check this place out! I'll definitely be back for more during the remainder of my two weeks here. :)
Great gym! Lots of space and solid programming! I have made a lot of progress since I joined CFL! It’s amazing what sound programming and great coaching can do for your fitness! Best gym in Lincoln!
Great facility, welcoming coach & athletes there. My wife emailed them two days prior to being in Lincoln & they were quick to respond, allowing us to drop in. Large noon class, but plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
Such an amazing box! Even for a beginner and visiting CU Buffalo. Coach was great and helpful and really enjoyed the workout. The people were also very friendly and gave me tips of stuff to do around town. Highly recommend this box even for a drop-in. GO CU!
Really great facility and staff. Enjoyed Coach Aaron’s coaching and the programming was spot on. Good stretch, strength and then WOD. Will be back when back in town!
