It is always an amazing and challenging workout at Crossfit Flood. The coaches reinforce quality, detail, and technique as the utmost top priority with every "workout of the day". It is unfortunate there exists a negative view of Crossfit as detrimental to your joints, overzealous trainers, injury-prone ballistic movements, et cetera, et cetera. You will experience nothing but the best coaching and exercise programming at Crossfit Flood, ranging from being novice to athletic.
Love, love, love Crossfit Flood! There's no reason to feel intimidated here, athletes at all levels will welcome you to the family and cheer you on. The coaches are great and attentive. Every workout can be scaled to whatever level you are at. Give it a month and you will see a big difference in your overall health. Give it a year and you will be amazed at your progress, doing things you never thought you'd be able to do.

Great kids program! My daughter loves coming here. Mike makes the classes fun so the kids get a great workout while having fun! My daughter's jiu jitsu friends have come and joined CrossFit Flood kids classes too and are having a great time!
