I love coming to CrossFit Flood. I started the 6 wk boot camp a while ago... and just kept reupping 😃 Now, the 7 pm class is in my DNA! The coaches are great and really watch my form- the attention is hard to get at other gyms.
Wonderful staff! They really take the time to get to know you and help you along the way. The workouts are challenging but achievable. I always leave feeling my best after a workout.

I’m so glad I came to this gym. I came for coach Paul but ended up loving all the coaches. Everyone is truly friendly and not cliquey, which is a nice change. I drive past a million gyms just to come here and it’s worth it
