Competent, knowledgeable staff, who coach both the high-end athletes and complete newcomers to training with the same care. A positive attitude among both coaches and athletes and good workout programming make the workouts fun and challenging. A good gym that can serve whatever an athlete wants, whether just getting in shape or preparing for competition.
Crossfit flood has and awesome space, great coaches and the best of all the best community! Workouts are very well programmed and very fun ! They have crossfit, boot camp , weightlifting and crossfit kids classes. Set up a no sweat intro session and after that a free week trial and you won't regret!
Great owner and outstanding instructors who will challenge you to do your best! Plenty of space inside and high quality equipment to maximize your WOD!

I LOVEEEEE CF FLOOD!! I have been going to CrossFit Flood for about 6 months now. I moved to San Diego not knowing a soul! Crossfit flood offered a free week trial I knew after the first day this was my second home. I felt like I had been going forever. Everyone was/is so welcoming and I couldn’t have been luckier to stumble upon this box. If anyone is thinking about a drop-in spot or joining a box, don’t think twice and come to Flood, you won’t regret it ❤️
After moving to San Diego in 2017, I tried Crossfit Flood with their free first week. I knew by day 2 that I didn't have to search anymore for a gym. The community is amazing, driven by the owner Mike and the incredible coaches. I would highly recommend this gym as a home for anyone.
