I've been wanting to try CrossFit for a year but was weary of getting injured, and as a yoga teacher, injury is just not an option. Decided to give the new Women's Only classes a go and took advantage of the free trial classes, then officially signed up today. For me it's the perfect way to "ease in" to CrossFit.
