Top-notch trainers: because you can't make any progress if you're injured. Supportive community: because group goals are more powerful for me than individual goals. Nutrition support: because great abs are made in the kitchen. It's all here. Plus, the 0430 class means I can get it all done before my kids are out of bed.
CrossFit East Cobb is a great place to work out. Great trainers, great support, great camaraderie,and great people.
The community of people and amazing trainers are the reason I have returned three years in a row. You get a fantastic workout and will get in the best shape of your life. I highly recommend CFEC!

I dropped into CrossFit east Cobb yesterday and was given the opportunity to train with Coach Meghan. She is a fantastic coach filled with tons of knowledge & enthusiasm! I highly recommend this box!!
