CrossFit East Cobb is the hardest, yet most satisfying workout you will ever get in your life. The staff? They are welcoming, encouraging and very knowledgeable. Cross Fit, is a work out for any and all--no matter your skill set. I should know, I have cerebral palsy. I can't thank Cross Fit East Cobb enough.
