Killer WOD! 64:58! If you're looking for a spot to leave your sweat, Crossfit East Cobb is the place for you. Classes at all hours (even 430am for the super crazy and super ambitious!). Great, welcoming atmosphere...going on 4 years - hard to believe, but can't imagine not having this box, or the wonderful friends I have met here, in my life.
Great coaches! Great people! Fun atmosphere ! Love every minute of my workout! Great location!
Love being in a supportive group environment. Knowledgeable coaches that watch and make sure your form is correct so you don't injure yourself and get the full benefit of the moves. I can be competitive so this is a great place to challenge yourself or take it up a notch.
