Crossfit 706 is a great place to be and workout. There is a great mix of people from all backgrounds: military officers, enlisted, professionals, working class, students and even grandmas. Crossfit 706 is my third box now and I've made so many more improvements here in strength and form than I have anywhere else. The coaches are really helpful and give you the attention you need. The people here are some of the most energetic, encouraging, and welcoming people I know! Such a great atmosphere!!!
I love my Crossfit Box. I came to Crossfit 706 when it first opened, leaving one of the local "Globo GymS." I've learned so much from all the coaches and while I'm not the next open winner, I feel happy with the results I've seen over the past couple of years.
This place is amazing. I look forward to coming everyday. Not only is this a gym, but it's also a great place to find great friends that are always encouraging. Not to mention the amazing coaches that always push me and that have helped me reach so many of my goals.
When my wife told me she signed me up for a class, I told her I was not going to do any crossfit workouts. That was nine months ago and I have loved every minute of it! The trainers are attentive and have always made sure my form was perfect before increasing weight. Very thankful that my wife signed me up for that first class!
