RecommendedDropped in for Thursday Grinder and Fire Friday WODs. Austin and Stephanie were very welcoming. I love the open warehouse layout, but the magic in the experience was the quality programming and full engagement of the coaches. I highly recommend CF706 and will definitely come back when I’m in town.

CrossFit 706 ruined me, because I have yet to find another box with coaches that truly care. They aren’t the pushy coaches that are only concerned with you doing more. If they see you aren’t ready to do something, they immediately modify for you and don’t make you feel bad about it. While i only went here for a short while, during my TDY, i have found myself comparing every place i attend now to CrossFit 706. Oh and they won me for a lifetime as i use to bring my puppy with me to workouts. 🐺
Anyone looking to make a life change for the better should check out 706. I whole heartedly believe in this group of friends.
Friendly environment and very welcoming. I'm in Augusta for work and I joined 6 classes till now. I joined 5:00 am class and Bruce is an outstanding coach (I never imagined in my life that I would wake up 4:20 am to go to the gym). I'm really enjoying the WODs and how we are coached there. Amazing trainers, awesome workouts thar are tailored to your age, fitness level and any weaknesses due to surgery or injury. Such a positive environment, these guys never disappoint and always pull out the very best of you.
This was a great place to train at. The coaching was unbelievable and the other people in the class pushed you to be better. It was such a good environment and the place was huge. I will for sure be back.
