I drop into this box every time I’m in town for work and I walk away totally satisfied with the WOD and the coaching. Friendly and professional!
Great gym and friendly atmosphere. I drop in whenever I am in Augusta. Somehow I seem to learn a new movement each time!
I have come on Sundays for over a month and some things I feel while at Crossfit 706 are inspired, encouraged, motivated, included, exhilarated, humored....these things are so important to me when I’m looking for people and/or places to work out! I have so much fun with everyone and I get to improve my health, that’s awesome, thank you!
This is more than a Crossfit gym, it's a community. You don't just get Crossfit coaches, you get friends that help you with everything in your life from nutrition to setting goals. One thing that sticks out about Crossfit 706 over other gyms in the area is the time and commitment the coaches make towards each athlete. 706 is so much more than just a gym. It's a community, a family. The coaches and other members are amazing! Everyone is always willing to help you improve your technique. The coaches are always motivational. If you want to step your progress up a knotch you should also check out adventures of eating 101 Stephanie will get you on the right path to giving your body the right fuel it needs.
The aspect that makes the biggest difference in many workout plans is the people that are involved with you. Of people, EVERYONE at CF706 is cut of the finest of cloth. The coaching is always supportive and educational, the teammates/fellow members are inspirational and motivating. No matter where you are in your fitness/crossfit experience, you will feel at home, challenged, and appreciated here.
