706 is more than just a place with weights and a rig. The owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and experienced while being able to appeal to the most advanced lifters and the first timer alike. Tagged along to Augusta with my husband on a business trip and dropped in here. I have only been doing CF for about 8 months so I was a bit nervous. They came highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint Panda was a great coach and took the time to correct my form and help me improve my technique. Everyone there was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I plan on going back there next time I am in town. Thanks again!

Dropped in to the 0930 class this morning. Friendly atmosphere and had a good workout. Would definitely recommend if your in the area!
All of the coaches are very involved throughout every workout to ensure each member is pushing themselves without losing good form. Best box in Augusta, hands down!
