I have never in my life dealt with a company with the WORST customer service in the entire world. I could understand if there was a language barrier but everyone who works here is American. You will need to call at least 5 times to get someone with common sense. Everyone sounds like they are grocery shopping or driving in their cares. They can never answerr simple questions or even have information. I rather eat a denim jacket then ever call this place again. Cross Country hit this one out of the park! I'm a local realtor so I know what happens if your lender isn't "on it." Chances are high that you won't close on time - or worse, you won't close at all. This was a particularly thorny transaction with the buyers having accounts overseas and an unusually obtuse HOA. Somehow, CCM, LLC made it work. I'm still amazed. Talked to several of their people about a HELOC loan on a modular home assured me it was not a problem and could be done easily and closed quickly supplied them with documents showing equity on home well in excess of what I wanted to borrow since home is paid off. Filled out their forms was told they needed access to my savings and checking accounts sources of income from me all was supplied after supplying all of this was told they don't do HELOC loans on modular housing if this was true why are their employees not aware of... read more

I was contacted by Michael ***** and told him I was just shopping around and did not want to go any further. I don't know how this guy got my info including social security number, I never signed any forms or made any agreements. I have tried numerous times emailing him and called leaving a couple voice messages. Never returned calls or emails. I will be further investigating because that is scary for him to have all my info.

I hate that I have to take my precious time to call 3 different numbers and get information to file a formal complaint about your organization. For the past 30 days, I have been receivingnon-stop calls from your Charlotte office. Had received a follow call from this company about doing business with them. An agent got me on contact with Connor M*******. Was professional and gave me a link to complete a HELOC loan. He said he would call in the morning got no call, so I emailed him saying I had a few questions before we finalized. Got no response so I emailed him to let him know we would not do business as with him to which he replied the following. The worst Customer service I have had to deal with!! I contacted them in November at the beginning of what I knew was going to be a stretch of financial difficulty. After 5 months of back and forth and multiple calls, I got my bonus and got current. 2 months later they have still not reported that I am current with my loan. Most customer service reps had no clue what they were doing. If I could give a negative star on this company I would. As soon as we can, we are refinancing with another company.

Do not recommend this company at all. They took insurance check and haven't returned it forcing me to pay out of pocket for home repairs. Support has sent me in a loop for a hour w/ no help at all on getting the money back to me.
