They always make you feel welcomed and appreciated. My husband and I have been in a ton of Harley shops and in our opinion, Crossroads has the best customer service and pricing around.
Last week while I was on a road trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway my battery went dead. I got my scooter to crossroads Harley-Davidson ,they installed my battery and had me back on the road in 28 minutes, that’s what I call service!! Thanks guys!!
