Great service and very courteous employees
08/31/2019. Thanks to Mike Lipford, COO of CrossRoads Harley Davidson for the excellent experience at the dealership today. He squeezed me in for a rear tire installation when he was really short handed today. I called about an hour out and he had the tire in stock and pulled me right in upon arrival. He worked on the bike himself to help get it done faster so our group could get back on the road. Great customer service is worth the ride. Check them out.
