Great Staff. They will treat like family.
2 1/2 hours from home and had a flat. Thank goodness for a guy who loaded us up and took us to Crossroads HD. We were told there were only two service guys working, one of which hadn’t shown up yet and that it would be tomorrow before they could get to us. For a flat tire 🙄 Also there was an event going on at the dealership that day, so surely they weren’t worried about us and it showed.
You know a Harley shop is going to have nice bikes, that's just what the do. What makes Crossroads #1 in my book is the people. Just a great group of people who love helping their community.
Anytime we're out riding we try to visit Harley Dealerships in the area that we are in. This is by far one of the best friendliest people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting at a Harley dealership!!! Thank You Mike Milford for your generous hospitality!!!!
