I recently had my battery die on my 2004 Road King and the folks in the service department here were super accommodating. They came to the store i had stopped to get gas at put a new battery in, and then followed me back to the shop where they checked to see if charging system was working properly. On top of this, they gave me a $20 discount on the new battery! I wish more HD places were this dedicated to customer service!!

Ms. Nichols, I hate to hear that your experience was less than stellar during your visit to our store. This is very uncharacteristic of our store and our staff. I will say that during the timing of your visit we were a bit short staffed. One of my staff members did see you come in but could not disconnect from the customer she was with before you left the store.
