Worst service and worse food that I've ever had at Cross creek! We asked for our usual table for four we got a table for two! When I ask for a larger table because we had no elbow room the hostess coped an attitude therefore we were seated in the very back of the restaurant, passing many larger booths. Our waitress was to young and not very competent. The ribs were so tough I couldn't even eat them. The quality of food and service has really started to spiral downward in the last 2 weeks. One of my favorite places to eat with family and friends
Mandee waiting on me and my mother and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The food was great and Mandee made the experience even better.

The food has been excellent! In the past, not so much. I'm not sure if there is a new manager in charge, or owner? But they have the best baby back ribs in j-ville. Better than Monroes...and I think Monroes has the best BBQ in j-ville. So that should tell ya something. They also have the best onion rings on this planet. I will request this in heaven when I die. Fred, our waiter was the best. We were tired and very thirsty from our day at the zoo. He kept our glasses full. We never had to ask for a refill. Thanks, Fred! (Last night at the upscale restaurant at the Town Center was a disaster.)
Nothing outstanding as far as the food goes. My salad had molded lettuce....which turned me off..so it was hard to eat what i ordered.
