Steak wasn't medium like I asked for and the seasoning wasn't to my liking. Hostess wanst very inviting.

We eat at Cross Creek regularly and normally enjoy ourselves. The food is usually good and we like the drink specials and the televisions to watch the games on. On our last visit the service was very slow. It took a very long time to get our food while others around us were getting their food much quicker. We ordered chicken wings and a chicken sandwich so nothing too complicated. Not sure if the problem was the kitchen or our server. We will return but next time I'll ask for the manager if it happens again.
