My husband and I have been going to Cross Creek for our anniversary for 23 years!! Love it!! But the service need to be smiling more!! P
Not a great place to order food from! I don't know what happened this week but if I didn't have to spend 100.00 gift card, I wouldn't have chosen to spend my cash. The waitresses lie and steal. I am a reasonable person who gives benefit of the doubt but I am NOBODY'S fool!
Went there after a Jacksonville Jaguars victory for dinner. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our server, Kelsey, was right there to take our drink order and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. Our food came out hot and well prepared. Kelsey stopped by periodically to check on us. Food, as usual, was excellent. We usually get the babyback ribs, but this time we mixed it up and ordered different. Not disappointed at all.
Suzan was excellent and knows her food. She recommended the chocolate cake, superb. Very friendly and professional.
Food is great. Staff needs to be a little more attentive to the customers needs. Had to ask several times for bread, which was awesome.
