Alligator was good, Steak was excellent great atmosphere
The service was horrible. They didn't write down our reservation. They finally sat us and the waitress checked on us twice in 2 hours (large party). One of us ordered only corn nuggets and a slice of keylime pie (this was their meal). The waitress only brought the corn nuggets. We asked for the pie 3 times and on the third time as she brought our checks one by one said they were out of the pie. She was asked why we were just being told, she said I just found out. I got the special, which was steak and ribs. We waited for well over 20 minutes, during which The waitress never came to check on us, or update us. She did eventually bring us some bread, 2 minutes before The food came out. The steak was perfect, the ribs were disgusting. The waitress, Darien, wasn't interested in waiting. Absolutely terrible food. My French onion soup was lukewarm and tasted off, my steak was dry and lukewarm, my shrimp was too spicy to eat and my baked potato somehow must of gotten a box of pepper spilt into it. It's really kind of hard to mess up a steak but they did it! My dinner turned out to be the bread and butter we got upon sitting down. Save ur money...not worth the price tag!!
