Disappointed with lunch this week. Took a co-worker because past experiences had been good. This lunch did not live up to my raves about the place. Sweet potato was mush. Meat was dry and okra over cooked. Co-worker didn't eat much of her lunch and was not impressed.
Went to lunch with wife yesterday and had excellent service. Food was BBQ Pork chopped plate. Side of Pit Beans & Fries were great. Wife had smoked Turkey with baked Sweet Potato with Greens. Nicely plated food tasted excellent. Waitresses were very courteous and food delivered in a timely manner at lunch time. Very ... Very ... Happy#!
Rating a 3... but that's probably higher than deserved. Food took forever to come out and the resturaunt wasn't busy. Food was ok... nothing to rave about. Wish we would have spent our money elsewhere.
The food is always great and the service is also. the Regular Ribs are fantastic.
Service could have been better! Slow on the drinks... I ordered the sampler Dinner platter... It was ok. (Won't get it again)
It wasnt as good as it was last time i got it...steak was tuff
Nice atmosphere, great people. Had a great time. Make you feel like family.
