I have been there before and had great service but last night was a little something to be desired. Got there and was told it would be 20 minute wait. Ended up being 40 minutes because of a large party that was there and backed up the kitchen.. when we finally got seated the table was filthy, I had to clean the table myself. We were a huge family, that went in after a funeral, they knew some was coming, but not the 40 or more that showed up. The service and the food was great Thank you I don't live in Jax's so my first time here.
Was in there on Friday...Sign out front says "2 for 1" drinks all day, every day. So I ordered food and a glass of wine. When I asked the server for my 2nd glass of wine, she told me they are not 2 for 1. I told her the sign out front says 2 for 1.....She shrugged and said, Sorry, it doesn't include wine. To me this is indicative of false advertising so I sent an email asking about this. So far I have had no answer. Maybe I need to go in and speak to a manager.
We had a group of 12 for dinner and it was very good. Most of us had the Cluck, Oink & Moo AYCE special, so we kept waitress hopping. She was able to keep up!
Went there for my sons birthday it was excellent. Everything was extremely tasty and the staff was beyond amazing. Kind of on the higher side of price but with the service and food it is worth it.

Great food, reasonably priced, neat place. A must when I'm in Jacksonville.
