Getting an appointment was difficult but electrican that showed up fix a light flashing issue that had been happening since I moved in. Very very happy!!

Needed a new natural gas 40 gal water heater installed since the old one was 11 years old & issues with the heater gas valve prevented tank’s pilot light from staying lit. Whole process from calling & talking to salesman to order the job, making the appointment then installation including water tank “venting mods”. to satisfy new Md. code requirements was FLAWLESS. Only “complaint” (thus 4 out of 5 stars) was not with the techs. who did a professional job but with the HIGH cost involved.

I waited all day on a Sunday for a service that never came. I scheduled service between 12 and 5 pm on a Sunday (I don’t know why times can’t be narrowed down more but I can live with that). Instead they called at 9:30 and offered to come in 15 minutes, which wasn’t going to work. Then they verified with me that they should not come before noon, which suggested to me they would come near noon. At 3:30 I called to check on the status.
