I came to Cronin Ford with the hopes of getting a great deal on a Ford Fiesta and left feeling very satisfied with the purchase that I made. You should definitely just change the name to Cronin Oil Change or some sh*t because there is nothing quick about this. Nobody in here and it still took someone 15 mins just to pull my truck in. Coming up on an hour now and still not done and I'm the only guy in here lmao.....always slow service and not very knowledgeable.... 1 1/2 years later and still nobody can tell me why my factory remote start stopped working....smh....

We were met at the door by Tony who was friendly and very helpful. He showed us everything we asked to look at, and pointed out the differences between the different vehicles we were drawn to. He was also good about sensing when we needed a few minutes to talk things over privately and allowed us that time to discuss our options. Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Tony.
