My husband and I accompanied our daughter as she was looking to purchase her first new car. She chose a Ford Escape and found one she really liked at Cronin. Her salesperson, Tony Henegar, was not only friendly and knowledgeable, he treated her and our family wonderful. He made the whole process of buying a car easy and his kindness made us know that he was looking out for her, just like her dad and I. Joe Henegar took great care of me on the deal for my New truck. It was a seamless turn over, went over all the options in the truck in 25 minutes, he was very thorough, then we completed all the paperwork quickly. In and out, with new truck in about and hour. Went to Cronin to purchase a used vehicle. Was more than upfront about past credit issues (now improving) and where I wanted my payment to be. Asked if they could go ahead and run my application and see what I qualified for. Told me I was approved and they were putting a list of vehicles together for me. 3 days later I'm still being told they are "putting a list together", they are very busy, having "over 30 appointments today". It's unfortunate that they feel people with less than perfect credit don't deserve the same atten... read more
