Had a great experience with Adam Geiger over here. Recently bought a F150 from him and he was extremely helpful in putting me in the right truck for me! This is the second vehicle I have bought from him. First experience was the exact same! When I buy another vehicle I will most certainly go back to him and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

The service dept wouldn't tow my friends car when it broke down aftet they serviced it even though they caused the problem.
Bought my used 2017 F 150 XLT Sport a couple months ago from Zach Brewer and had a great experience! Unfortunately I've had to have some warranty work done and while I was dreading it, I couldn't have been more pleased! Shout outs to Zach in sales and Vanessa in your service department. They are definitely assets to your company!
Cronin Ford did recall work on the gas tank of my Ford last week. The fuel pump fails this week and the car had to be towed to my local garage. I contacted Cronin Ford to advise them of the problem since they were the last ones to touch the fuel pump only to be told that its a "mere coincidence" that the pump went out when it did. I was told the issue was mine to deal with and not their fault. If they will steal from me, they will surely steal from others as well. My experience was great! Joe had amazing customer service and took the time to show me the vehicle features. I bought a Ford Explorer and couldn't be happier. Joe showed me each model and went through the differences between them to help me find exactly what I was looking for. My financing experience was also great. It was a fast process and all of my questions were answered. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase!
