Joe Henegar is great! He was super easy to work with and easy to talk to; I was able to explain what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and he made me comfortable in knowing that we would find it. I'm a difficult customer to deal with, I do my research, and I'm cheap, lol! He answered all of my questions with detail and patience. I highly recommend Joe and the friendly staff at Cronin. The finance manager that closed the loan, Tony Schirmer, was also very friendly and made the finance process a breeze. A+++

My husband and I came in on Saturday, 7/8/17 to look at a Ford Edge. We were greeted by Julie Young and she was super friendly, not pushy at all. We found the vehicle we wanted, we test drove it, and a couple short hours later, we drove away in it. Julie Young is the best salesperson. She has helped me numerous times with car purchases. I would and do always recommend her to everyone and I keep coming back to her. She recently sold me a 2017 Ford Focus and it is great. Thanks Julie for being so helpful and not pushy at all.
I am most impressed with Cronin Ford and with Julie Young. I went there to see what they had to offer and left with a F 150. The deal was too good to pass up. With Julie everything went fine and easy. Since then both my daughters and son-in-law have purchased cars from Julie. The service I have had with the maintenance has been great too. If I ever need another vehicle it will be from Cronin and Julie
