I went to get an oil change and a recommended fuel induction service. I am a very loyal customer and went in with a flyer of coupons they sent me. Before I paid, I handed Cronic the flyer and they said they would add any that applied. When I got home, I found out I was given no discounts but some of the coupons should have applied. I guess it was my bad for not checking the receipt. Cronic does a good job servicing, but I would like to use the coupons they sent.
Thank you so much to Prince and Randy Moore. They both went above and beyond in us making a purchase. It's so hard to come by good customer service these days, but I can assure you, they both made it so enjoyable. Thank you so much to the both of you!

I was told and promise that I would get free oil change for Two Years and when I went in last month they didn't honor it, saying that they had took it away. That was the agreement before I signed the paperwork. That's bad business and I wasn't informed that they had wasn't going to honor my free oil change anymore
I went in thinking "no way" and drove a new 2018 Rogue home! Ernest was tremendous! He was friendly, informative, understanding, and funny! It was probably the most enjoyable car sales experience ever!
Salesman Chris Hamilton was exceptional and professional. He made sure that every detail was explained and to my satisfaction. He has extensive knowledge of the dealership and the car buying process. I will highly recommend him to others. Annando Jones also was very professional and ensured I understood every aspect of the financing
