Jimmy Sims made me a life time customer. I planned on buying every future vehicle from here. That didn’t last as new management took over and good people left. Was in for service last week and I paid for service only to get home and check that the service was not done. Got heated on the phone with general manager and he was more concerned with my tone than all the issues under his watch. The service manager is a nice guy and tries hard but there is an obvious system issue at this dealer. I’ll buy my next $50k truck elsewhere... read more
Fast serivce done right the first time
For the most part, I would recommend Cronic Nissan. However, the salespeople do not need to tell customers that if they bring their vehicle in for service that they will get a loner car. It took several phone calls and I finally had to call to speak with the manager. The service department kept telling me that they were not sure if I were going to get a loner. I love how James Higginbotham always make sure everything is fine with your vehicle and not having any problems. He treated us like family and will use him again in the future.
How can you accept and offer of someone and tell them all that is needed is to work out paperwork with ex husband , but then call the person trying to trade in and tell them oh no we can accept divorce papers but we can give you a great deal on something else where this person would have 2 car payments!! Bad business guys! I will be sharing this with everyone!
