I have used Critter Control several times and they have always done an excellent job. They are very professional and get the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend them for all your pest needs.
Rhyan was courteous and thorough. The only complaint I have is that he didn't replace storage boxes that he had to move in order to place disinfectant in the attic. One box is very heavy with paint cans. I haven't put it back in it's place. I'm 72 and have a bad back. Just suggest reminding workers to check that they replace any object they had to move.
I am very pleased with Critter Control and Rhyan! Everyone was friendly and competent and totally put me at ease! They explained everything and told me exactly what to expect!
Excellent service thus far as promised. They came today and sealed my entry points and next week on 16 Aug they set up the net to remove my bats from my garage attic. Very professional and know their business. So far very pleased with them.
Everyone I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to come out and address the problem quickly and work around my schedule. Overall very pleased with service and professionalism.
What do you want me to pay for? you have not caught or killed the rat, still running around in the house. your people came out and started covering the vents around the house but still have open vents under front and back porch. We were told you would be out mondays, wednesdasy,and fridays. till the job was done (mouse gone). today 7/13 nobody came to the house. I have used Critter Control for years for general pest control. They allow me just to call them when I need them. They normally can schedule a visit within the week - this time the next day - and are always on time and professional. They gladly answer any questions I have. They can treat indoor or outdoor or both and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company. After the last visit, the employee happened to be in my neighborhood the next week and just knock to make sure everything was ok.

When I detected a problem in one of my bedrooms, I called Critter Control of Greater Tampa. Mara in the office was very helpful, honest and accommodating. Mara advised that someone would call me the next morning and at 7:25 a.m. I got a call from Ryan H****** He apologized for the early call but asked if an 8:30 a.m. appointment would be acceptable.
