I've been having an on going problem, and Critter Control has been absolutely great in trying to define where critters may be entering my house. They are johnny on the spot and despite the fact that all entry points have not always been found, they had not given up on me and repeatedly returned to solve my problem. I highly recommend them.
Very satisfied with the service from the Critter Control team. They were knowledgeable and responded well to questions we had about their process to resolve our critter problem. Mark was especially helpful in identifying our problem and providing follow-up service. His response to our concerns was always prompt, courteous and effective as he exhibited a sincere concern for our complete satisfaction.
These 2 guys were excellent and professional in handling our problem. I would definitely request them again if we had any other problems.
Critter Control was very responsive to our needs. After discovering a rat in our kitchen, they came out within an hour, and shortly thereafter the problem was solved. i would recommend them highly to anyone with a similar problem.
