Rhyan and Justin did a great job from the beginning. Professional at everything they did. Photos were taken right from the start so we knew all that had to be done to solve our problem. They're communication line does not get any better then what we had with them. Phone calls, texts or emails were responded to immediately every time. Ryan had his plate full the night we called with two jobs still to go to but asked if WE could wait until first thing in the morning since it was already getting late and he wasn't sure how long he would be which we found to be professional! He called at 7:40 the next morning and was at our house by 8:05, critter found and taken within 20 minutes. He was punctual, informative and very professional! I don't do many reviews but he deserves a positive one! Thank you Ryan!!

We previously had critter control out to our home. Ryan was the inspector who came out. He was great. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable with our situation. Our Critter Control appt was from Rick who provided outstanding service. He previously had visited our other home, was very knowledgeable, and Continued where we are currently living. He was very thorough, very courteous and professional (even after I called him the wrong name several times - my apologies), and offered above and beyond care in our pest control. We are very pleased with our experience with Critter Control. There were several mice in our attic and needed help to remove. The office staff was great and dispatched Ryan to assess. Justin and Taylor worked for several weeks to rid us of our unwelcome guests. They sealed all potential access points to keep them out. The team was very professional and take pride in helping their clients.

There was an odor at my office and my boss told me to contact someone to remove it. I contacted Critter Control and they came the day after Christmas to give me a quote but also removed the possum that was dead in the ceiling along with the remains of a raccoon that was outside. He quoted me a price for the removal which was reasonable and also quoted me a price for checking and closing up any openings around the out- side of the building with a one year warranty.
