Seemed good on initial visit gave a reasonable quote but I. Came out once and got paid . That's when it was extremely difficult to get him back to finish the job. Had to have my wife call from her phone which he answered not recognizing the number so he came out and did another little bit and then said he would be back to place rat bait stations. Never returned didn't answer texts or phone calls. Terrible business don't use him. Now I guess I'll have to get some one else out here as the rat problem still exists!!!
I hired Critter Control to remove a animal in my attic. A service rep came to the house and wrote up an estimate, I agreed to the estimate. The serviceman that came to the house to perform the work did not complete all of the agreed to items to be done. The animal was still in my attic. I called several times to come back to finish the job and they never came back. then I get a bill from them for over $600.00. I called them and told I would pay when the work was completed. I had a tech appointment scheduled for a specific day. I was told that the tech would call that morning between 8 and 9 to confirm the time. After no call by 9:30 I called the office and they confirmed that I was on the schedule for that day. She indicated that she would call the tech right away and that she or the tech would call me right back. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK AND NO TECH EVER CAME OUT THAT DAY! I stayed home all day. Ryan came out and re-secured our property after the roofers disturbed the protections he had put in place. Years back, Critter Control rid the attic of rodents and we haven't had any problem since. Ryan was excellent. I had droppings coming out of a garage vent and thought I had squirrels or some critter in the attic. He found a wasp nest in the vent and took care of it. Thought this was going to cost me a fortune. Had another company give me a quote of over $2000 to get nonexistent squirrels out and do all kinds of exclusion work to eaves. This company is the best, I will definitely call them if I suspect any critter problems in the future.

Ryan was so nice and polite. He called when he was suppose to and arrived promptly on time. He explained everything and answered my questions. Set traps right away & it looks like theyve already trapped rodents. Very pleased
