Charlie is awful! She clearly put me into a dangerous situation where I’m very stable with mental health. My mom manipulated her/him and they blew the blame on me. The call was originally for someone else and crisis blamed me because I’m the easy target with my past. This time there were multiple witnesses including my therapist on speaker phone. Charlie took the easy target even though the call was not for me or my mother. This is things I continue to work on in therapy because I can’t change my mother but she puts me at gr... read more
Just called because I’m feeling suicidal and need serious help. An extremely disinterested girl named “Rachel” basically told me she couldn’t help me and to figure it out on my own. Also answered the phone while laughing with a coworker the first time. Pretty sure you could violently off yourself on the phone with this girl and she would go out for Starbucks and shopping after her shift cause she literally could not care less. Only call if you want to kill yourself more. Because now I do.
Crisis refused to help a loved one with suicidal ideations. Told me I did everything I could and to move on. Mind blown!!! The state police Corp. Wolfe refused to do a 302, despite hearing directly from him that he's going to kill himself when they leave and he told me doing a 302 isn't their job. So basically if you are considering suicide, call your best friend, your parents, siblings, cousins and anyone else you love. NOT TO CRISIS BECAUSE THEY WON'T CARE IF YOU DIE 🤬😡
Is this a joke? I called to ask a specific question about a situation and this guy who sounded grouchy and half awake said “call your dr, I can’t help you.” I’m not saying he needed to have the perfect solution, but man- god forbid somebody call if they aren’t safe- these apathetic people will probably end up pushing people in a crisis into an even darker and more dangerous place.
Thank you for all that you do! I dont think this service team is highlighted enough. For anyone who thinks you are facing these tough times alone....think again. Call them! They are ready to listen with a great deal of compassion and care. My experience with these wonderful heroic people has been nothing less than amazing. There is hope and you are not alone!
