My fiance and I ate here on Sunday 10/4, and goodness, the food and service was amazing. Loved it. We will be back. :-)

We went on New Years Eve and thankfully there wasn't a line. Otherwise, be prepared to wait for a table. However, it's totally worth it. The staff is awesome, the food was the best I've had in Flagstaff, and the atmosphere is really fun and modern. For dessert I highly recommend their chocolate cake with chili and prickly pear. It's definitely a taste explosion to be remembered.

Never disappointed; authentic gourmet Latin cuisine, excellent service, good wine list. Criollo makes it to the short list of regular rotation among Flag favorite restaurants.
The first time I went here I had the burger which I didn't like too much. Since then I've had the short rib tacos and the pulled pork sandwich, and they were absolutely delicious. Great drinks and good service. The only downside is that is gets really loud inside.
Seriously the BEST margaritas and the food is spectacular....thank you Criollo...highly recommended.
