A really cool place to hang, relax and enjoy great classic American food. Having a pasta dish here last week was one of the best meals I've had in my 3 weeks in San Diego. Returning there yesterday, I ordered a burger, and although I like it medium rare, this was too little. Juicy indeed, but the meat was falling apart, and was really difficult to eat - even with a knife and fork. That said, my blueberry waffle for dessert was a treat beyond compare. Cream brûlée French toast was very good , my husbands shrimp omelette was so full of shrimp I was eating off his plate...
One of the best burgers you will ever eat. The Butter Burger is out of this world.

Great, great service! Perfect portion! I didn't care for the mango quesadilla, different because of the mango & pico de gallo, but the type of cheese w/it was not a good mix, totally thru off my taste buds. It was that cheese that has a white outlining. But other then that, my boyfriend got the famous butterball burger & I got the roast beef hot sandwich, don't order the salad because it's not cut up it looks more like toppings to add to your sandwich, BUT SERIOUSLY IT WAS GREAT!
