This inspection company is amazing. Josh is extremely personable to work with and very knowledgeable. If you are buying a house he is your guy to get. The videos, pictures, and write up is very detailed and explains everything in terms that make sense to a person who has not much knowledge in the house maintenance/ roof, attic, crawl space area, etc. We truly appreciate you Josh . Easy to work with and very detailed inspection with videos and pictures to explain any problems with a home
I feel fortunate to have been able to use Crepps home inspection for two homes recently. Without him I may have ended up buying a house and regretting it! His reports are thorough and with videos they really helped me understand the details especially being a new home buyer. Would call him again in a heartbeat if I needed another inspection!

I would definitely recommend Josh to do anyone’s inspection! He does an extremely great job! Making sure you get the right report is his main concern and he is able to do that while making the time pleasant for you, too.
Josh was excellent! He took his time and allowed me to tag along throughout the inspection. He explained his findings and gave me suggestions on what my best route was to correct the issue. Unlike the other inspections that I paid for, I felt like the inspection was worthy of my hard earned dollar. Give him a try, you won’t find a better guy!
