I'll recommend him to anyone who ever needs an inspection.

5 stars! Let me start by saying Josh Crepps is amazing! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Josh was very professional and personable. He made the whole process at ease with his explanations of everything! We are waiting for repairs to be made on the house we are buying and will have him come back out to inspect the repairs. I was referred to Crepps by a friend and am I glad! We received the report within 2 hours of the inspection. The report was incredibly thorough and even explained why certain things could possibly be an issue, helping make sure we knew what to ask for from the sellers. He was in contact before the inspection and has been after. Very professional company and I would recommend!
