Josh was a pleasure to work with. The last home we bought was inspected by someone else and we ended up having to sink a lot of money in repairs later on. We just closed on a house that Josh inspected. We were A LOT smarter this time and chose to have a Sellers Inspection prior to even listing. We knew what needed to be fixed vs ‘a recommendation’. This made the contract negotiations seamless and the buyers did not request a second inspection. Our property was on the market 11 days! Do yourself a favor, go with the BEST! Thank you Josh.
