Joshua was very knowledgeable and thorough! The report was detailed and easy to understand and ready after just a few hours! First time homebuyers and we didn’t know what to expect, but he was there to answer all our questions, even after. We highly recommend him!

Josh is very detailed and organized. His price was on point. This is the second home inspection Josh has done for me. If you want an extremely thorough home inspection, great detailed report with pictures, explanation of suggested repairs with links to websites and a friendly inspector willing to answer your many questions, Josh is your guy.
